Program Description
The Interest Assistance Program provides a 4 percent interest rate subsidy to farmers and ranchers who do not qualify for standard commercial credit. These loans are arranged through commercial lenders.

General Program Requirements
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be a national, citizen or dual citizen of the US who is or has been a rancher or agricultural producer/farmer and has been denied a loan by a commercial lender.
